2. Proposals and Service Agreements

Specific services, scope, pricing, timelines, deliverables, ownership, and support terms may be described in a proposal, invoice, statement of work, service agreement, or other written agreement.

If there is a conflict between these Terms and a written agreement signed or accepted by you and Betaa Creations, the written agreement controls for that service or project.

3. Consultations and Bookings

You may use our website to request a consultation or book a live demo. Booking an appointment does not guarantee a particular result, service, or availability.

Please provide accurate contact information when booking. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, contact us as soon as possible.

4. Payments, Monthly Services, and Cancellation

Some Betaa Creations services are billed as one-time projects. Other services, including management plans, software access, and ongoing support, may be billed monthly.

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise:

• Monthly services are billed month-to-month.

• There is no long-term contract requirement for monthly services.

• To prevent the next month’s charge, cancellation must be requested before the next billing month begins.

• If a billing month has already started, the service and payment for that month will continue through the end of that billing period.

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing month.

• Fees already paid for the current billing month are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or specifically agreed in writing.

You are responsible for providing accurate payment information and paying all applicable fees when due.

5. Better LMS and Software Services

Better LMS and other Betaa Creations software tools may be provided through an online platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity occurring under your account.

You may not:

• Share account access in an unauthorized manner

• Attempt to access another person’s account or data

• Interfere with the security or performance of the platform

• Upload unlawful, harmful, infringing, or malicious content

• Copy, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse software except as expressly permitted in writing

We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the platform, our clients, users, or legal rights.

6. Custom Business Systems

For custom business systems, CRMs, and applications built specifically for a client, ownership and handoff details will be addressed in the applicable project agreement.

Unless a written agreement states otherwise, the finished custom system is built for the client. The client may choose to have Betaa Creations continue managing, maintaining, hosting, or updating the system through a separate support arrangement. If the client chooses another qualified provider, Betaa Creations can arrange an appropriate handoff of the project code and materials, subject to completion of payment obligations and the project agreement.

7. Client Responsibilities

To help us provide services effectively, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information, timely feedback, approvals, and requested materials

• Ensure they have the rights or permission to use supplied text, logos, images, videos, trademarks, and other content

• Review deliverables and notify us of concerns promptly

• Maintain access to relevant accounts, domains, hosting, social-media platforms, or third-party tools where required

• Follow applicable laws and platform rules when using our services or software

You are responsible for the content, claims, offers, products, and services of your own business.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Betaa Creations website, logo, branding, written content, graphics, designs, software elements, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Betaa Creations and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, or use our website materials for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Client ownership rights for custom project deliverables are governed by the applicable proposal, invoice, or written agreement.

9. Third-Party Services and Links
