Are website design prices one-time or monthly?
Website design is a one-time investment. Ongoing services such as website management, social media management, reputation management, and Betaa LMS are billed monthly.
What is included in a bundle?
Bundles combine key ongoing services into one monthly plan. They are designed for businesses that need support in more than one area and want to save compared with purchasing each service separately.
How much can I save with a bundle?
The Online Presence bundle saves $48 per month, the Growth bundle saves $99 per month, and the Complete Digital bundle saves $199 per month compared with individual monthly prices.
Can I choose only one service?
Yes. You can choose an individual Social Media Management, Reputation Management, or Betaa LMS plan if a bundle is not the right fit for your business.
Do bundles include a new website design?
No. Website design is priced separately because each website is scoped around your pages, content, goals, and functionality. Bundles include ongoing Website Management, not a new website build.
What is the difference between the social media plans?
Essentials provides consistent branded posts, captions, scheduling, and basic engagement support. Professional includes everything in Essentials plus short-form video content such as Reels, TikToks, or Shorts.
What is the difference between the reputation plans?
Professional gives you the core tools to request, monitor, and use customer reviews. Premium includes expanded automation, more integrations, and additional support to help strengthen your online reputation.
What is the difference between Self-Managed and Managed by Us?
Self-Managed gives you full access and control of your Betaa LMS platform while we manage hosting, security, updates, and platform improvements. Managed by Us also includes branded setup, course-launch support, monthly course uploads, and ongoing administrative help.
Is there a setup fee for Betaa LMS Managed by Us?
Yes. Managed by Us includes a one-time $300 setup fee, followed by the $350 monthly plan. The setup covers branded platform configuration and initial preparation to launch your client portal.
