- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with the operation or security of our website

3. SERVICES
Betaa Creations provides services according to the scope agreed upon with each customer.
Because digital projects and ongoing management requirements vary, the exact services, deliverables, timelines, pricing, responsibilities, and limitations may be described in a separate proposal, agreement, order, or statement of work.
Only services specifically included in the agreed scope are included in the applicable price.
Additional work outside the agreed scope may require additional payment and customer approval before the work begins.
4. WEBSITE DESIGN
Website design projects are provided according to the approved project scope.
The customer is responsible for providing required information, content, images, branding materials, credentials, approvals, and other materials needed to complete the project.
Project timelines may be affected when required materials, information, access, feedback, or approvals are delayed.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, website design does not include ongoing website management after the project is completed.
5. WEBSITE MANAGEMENT
Website management services may include updates, maintenance, backups, security checks, performance monitoring, technical support, and other agreed website-management services.
The exact services included depend on the customer’s selected plan or agreement.
Website management does not guarantee:
- Website traffic
- Search-engine rankings
- Leads
- Sales
- Revenue
- Conversions
- Business growth
Third-party hosting providers, software providers, plugins, platforms, browsers, domain registrars, and other technology providers may experience outages, changes, limitations, or compatibility issues outside of Betaa Creations’ control.
6. GOOGLE BUSINESS PROFILE AND REPUTATION MANAGEMENT
Betaa Creations may provide Google Business Profile management, optimization, reputation management, review-request systems, review monitoring, review-response assistance, and related services.
Our services are intended to help businesses maintain an accurate, professional, and trustworthy online presence.
We do not guarantee:
- Google search rankings
- Google Maps rankings
- A specific number of reviews
- A specific rating
- Removal of legitimate customer reviews
- Leads
- Sales
- Revenue
- Business growth
Google controls its own platforms, policies, ranking systems, review systems, and eligibility requirements.
Betaa Creations will not knowingly create, purchase, fabricate, or submit fake customer reviews.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate business information and complying with applicable laws, platform rules, and review policies.
7. SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT
Social media management may include content planning, branded content, captions, scheduling, publishing, and basic engagement support depending on the customer’s selected plan.
The exact number and type of posts, videos, platforms, revisions, and other deliverables will be determined by the applicable service agreement.
Social media management does not guarantee:
- Followers
- Engagement
- Viral content
- Leads
- Sales
- Revenue
- Business growth
Social media platforms are operated by third parties and may change their algorithms, policies, features, availability, or functionality without notice.
8. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers agree to provide accurate information and any necessary access, materials, approvals, credentials, content, and feedback required to provide the agreed services.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that materials they provide to Betaa Creations do not infringe the rights of another person or business.
Customers remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of information relating to their own business.
Delays caused by missing information, access, approvals, content, or feedback may affect project timelines.
9. PAYMENTS
Customers agree to pay the fees described in their applicable proposal, agreement, invoice, subscription, or order.
Recurring services are billed according to the applicable billing schedule.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, recurring subscriptions continue until canceled according to the applicable service terms.
One-time projects may require payment in full, a deposit, or milestone payments depending on the agreed project terms.
Failure to make required payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
10. CANCELLATION OF RECURRING SERVICES
Unless a separate agreement states otherwise, recurring management services may be canceled before the next billing period.
Cancellation does not eliminate payment obligations for services already provided or amounts already due.
Project-specific cancellation, refund, or payment terms may be established in a separate written agreement.
11. REFUNDS
Refund eligibility depends on the applicable service, agreement, proposal, or order.
Because certain digital services involve time, labor, setup, development, software configuration, and third-party costs, not all services are refundable.
Any applicable refund terms will be communicated before purchase when required.
12. BETAA IMPLEMENTATION GUARANTEE
When Betaa Creations agrees to implement or fix something, the agreed specifications will be defined before the work begins.
If something we implemented does not work according to those agreed specifications, we will make a reasonable effort to correct the issue at no additional charge.
Customers will not be charged for out-of-scope work without approval.
This guarantee applies to agreed implementation specifications and does not guarantee business outcomes such as:
- Revenue
- Leads
- Sales
- Search rankings
- Review volume
- Customer acquisition
- Social-media growth
- Website traffic
- Conversions
13. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS
Betaa Creations may use or work with third-party platforms, software, hosting providers, communication providers, social networks, Google services, payment processors, domain registrars, and other technology providers.
Betaa Creations does not control third-party platforms.
Changes, outages, restrictions, suspensions, policy changes, technical problems, or other actions by third-party providers may affect services.
Betaa Creations is not responsible for third-party actions or failures outside our reasonable control.
14. SMS AND MOBILE MESSAGING
Betaa Creations SMS Program
Betaa Creations may use SMS/text messaging to communicate with customers and individuals who have separately opted in to receive text messages.
Depending on the type of consent provided, messages may include:
- Appointment reminders
- Appointment confirmations
- Service-related notifications
- Account-related communications
- Customer support messages
- Information about services requested
- Marketing and promotional messages
- Special offers, discounts, and service updates
Message frequency varies depending on the messaging program and your interactions with Betaa Creations.

How to Opt Out
Reply STOP at any time to opt out of recurring SMS messages.
After opting out, you may receive a confirmation message. You will not receive additional recurring SMS messages from that messaging program unless you provide consent again.

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
SMS Consent
SMS consent is voluntary and is not required as a condition of purchasing goods or services from Betaa Creations.

Marketing and non-marketing SMS consent are collected separately where applicable.

- Designs
- Methodologies
- Business materials
- Intellectual property
Customer-specific deliverables and ownership rights will be determined by the applicable agreement.
Customers may not reproduce, resell, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit Betaa Creations’ proprietary systems or materials without written permission.
16. CUSTOMER CONTENT
Customers retain responsibility for content, images, logos, trademarks, text, videos, testimonials, reviews, and other materials they provide.
By providing materials to Betaa Creations for use in providing services, the customer represents that they have the necessary rights or permissions to use those materials.
The customer grants Betaa Creations permission to use those materials as reasonably necessary to provide the agreed services.
17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Betaa Creations will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services.
Betaa Creations does not guarantee that services will result in a particular level of revenue, leads, sales, traffic, rankings, reviews, engagement, or business growth.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
18. INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by law, customers agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Betaa Creations harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Customer-provided content
- Customer’s violation of applicable law
- Customer’s violation of third-party rights
- Customer’s misuse of our services
- Customer’s violation of these Terms
19. PRIVACY
Your use of our website and services is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
