The point of this pilot is to learn from real organizations. At the end of the 45 days, each pilot organization provides a short, honest video feedback about its experience—what felt clear, what needs improvement, and what would make Betaa LMS more useful.

A few things to know before you apply.
Is this a normal free trial?
No. This is a selective Founding Organization Pilot Program. We are inviting a small group of organizations to use Betaa LMS in a real setting, share practical feedback during the pilot, and submit honest video feedback at the end.
Is there a cost to apply or participate?
No. There is no cost and no credit card required to submit an application. Selected organizations receive 45 days of pilot access.
Does submitting an application guarantee acceptance?
No. We review each application to select a balanced group of organizations and use cases. We will contact selected applicants with next steps.
Do we need to have all of our training content ready?
No. The pilot application is intentionally simple. After approval, we will discuss your goals, current materials, and the best way to begin.
Is video feedback required?
Yes. To complete the 45-day pilot, each participating organization provides a short, honest video feedback about its experience. It is not required to be positive, and it does not require you to purchase a plan or continue using Betaa LMS.
What happens after the 45-day pilot?
You choose what is right for your organization. If you would like to continue, you can select a Self-Managed or Managed-by-Us paid plan. If you do not wish to continue, we will help you close your pilot Portal and account. There is no automatic charge and no obligation to continue.
