At Betaa Creations, we offer digital services that allow you to securely connect certain third-party platforms to simplify website management, social media publishing, review management, and other marketing activities.
We only access the information necessary to provide the services you authorize. We do not access, modify, or share your account information beyond what is required to perform the requested services.
Platforms We May Connect
Depending on the services you use, you may choose to connect one or more of the following platforms:

- TikTok
- YouTube

How We Use Connected Accounts
Connected accounts may be used to:
- Publish approved social media content
- Schedule posts in advance
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews
- Access business profile information needed to provide our services
- Generate performance reports and analytics
- Help manage your online presence more efficiently
We only perform actions that you have authorized.
Google Services
Betaa Creations may allow users to securely connect certain Google services to enhance the functionality of our platform. We only request access to the information necessary to provide the features you authorize.
Depending on the services you use, we may integrate with:
- Google Business Profile – to help monitor and manage customer reviews.
- Gmail – to send or receive emails on your behalf only when you have explicitly authorized this functionality.
- Google Calendar – to help schedule appointments or events.
- Google Drive – to access or store files when you choose to connect your account.
We only access the permissions required to provide the requested services and do not use your Google account for any unauthorized purposes. You may revoke access at any time through your Google Account security settings.
TikTok
If you connect your TikTok account, Betaa Creations may use the permissions you grant to:
- Publish scheduled videos
- Manage authorized content
- Access account information required for approved features
You may revoke access at any time through your TikTok account settings.
Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn & YouTube
If you connect these platforms, we may use the permissions you grant to:
- Publish scheduled content
- Manage approved posts
- View analytics and engagement metrics
- Help manage your social media presence
Only the permissions you authorize will be used.
Disconnecting Your Account
You may disconnect your connected accounts at any time by:
- Removing Betaa Creations from your account’s connected applications, or
- Contacting us to request removal of the connection.
Disconnecting an account will prevent Betaa Creations from accessing that platform moving forward.
