DATA DELETION INSTRUCTIONS
Request Deletion of Your Personal Data
At Betaa Creations, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal information.
If you have connected your account to one of our services or authorized us to access your social media accounts, you may request the deletion of your personal data at any time.
What Information Can Be Deleted?
Upon receiving and verifying your request, we can delete eligible personal information associated with your account, including:
- Your account information
- Contact details
- Connected social media account information stored by our application
- Project information that is no longer required
- Other personal data that is not required to be retained by law
Please note that certain information may be retained when required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or enforce our agreements.
How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your personal information:

Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request
Step 3
Include the following information:
- Your full name
- Your email address
- Your business name (if applicable)
- The social media account connected to our services (if applicable)
- A brief description of your request
Step 4
Our team will verify your identity to protect your privacy before processing your request.
Processing Time
After verification, we will process your request as quickly as possible.
Most requests are completed within 30 days.
Connected TikTok Accounts
If you connected your TikTok account to our application, you may also revoke our application’s access at any time by visiting your TikTok account settings and removing Betaa Creations from your connected applications.
Removing our application’s access prevents future access to your TikTok account. If you would also like us to delete any information we have stored, please submit a Data Deletion Request using the instructions above.
